Our aqua aerobics sessions are a fantastic way to stay active, whatever your age or fitness level. These fun, low-impact workouts take place in the water, which means less stress on your joints while still giving you a great full-body workout.
Exercising in water helps build muscle strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and boost flexibility and balance—all while reducing the risk of injury. The resistance of the water helps tone your body more effectively than many land-based exercises, and the buoyancy means it’s gentle on knees, hips, and backs.
