We are very excited to be able to offer a range of training courses in the heart of Ely. Presenting a wide range of courses from National Pool Lifeguard Qualifications (NPLQ), National Rescue Award for Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC), STA award course for swimming teachers and STA certificate in teaching swimming. We are keen to provide as many courses to the Cambridgeshire area and pride ourselves on the experience we are able to offer learners of all ages.

👉 RLSS NPLQ Generation 10 is officially a level 3 qualification & worth 8 UCAS points
👉 No previous qualifications required, candidates must be 16 years or older and need to able to complete the following:

Jump/dive into deep water

Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds

Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water

Tread water for 30 seconds

Surface dive to the floor of the pool

Climb out unaided without ladder/steps and where the pool design permits
